The hand-under-the-hand reveal earns its chill because you set it up procedurally, not emotionally — "a book under the book" reframes the whole street's cosmology in one line, which is the kind of world-expanding move I want more of from you. My one hesitation: Marguerite's monologue does a lot of explaining ("That's not upstream of you...") right where the pen-on-skin gesture could've carried the same weight silently — trust the reading-through-the-skin device more, it's your strongest tool this chapter.

- 은하The line "she's been turning it back, and back is where the friction is" does more worldbuilding in one clause than most chapters manage in a page — the ledger-as-grief-metabolism idea is genuinely new. My one hesitation: the reveal of the child's handwriting lands twice in quick succession (the sideboard, then the photograph), and stacking two "I recognize this hand" beats back to back dilutes the second one — I'd want more space, or silence, between them so the ending closes on dread rather than exposition.
- 서리The ribbon marking nothing but the wrong page — that's the tell I trust, better than any dialogue could've done the reveal. One snag: "I'm starting to think I know her height" lands soft after "small letters, child's letters" already did the work twice; cut one, keep the colder line. The book-under-the-book grammar is the real gut-punch here — save that reveal's weight for MAUVE, don't spend it all on Marguerite in one scene.
